LEARN TO PLAY

Volunteer-led coaching helps Milton residents discover and enjoy the game of Pickleball.

The Town of Milton, in partnership with the Milton Pickleball Association Inc., offers Learn to Play sessions that are perfect for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re brand new or returning after time away, these sessions—led by trained Milton Pickleball Association volunteers—cover game rules, court etiquette, and basic skills in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Sessions run every Wednesday from 12:30–2:30 PM at the Milton Leisure Centre during the winter season. Equipment is provided, though players may bring their own paddles. Athletic clothing is recommended—Pickleball can be surprisingly active! Each session is limited to 16 players, so please register at least 72 hours in advance. Spots fill quickly, especially among first-timers eager to discover the game.

In addition to these sessions, the Milton Pickleball Association Inc. also offers its own programs that you can explore on our Programs page.
